With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and condominium asset management, Darlys offers a passion for both detail and perfection. She has earned the designation Accredited Real Estate Manager from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina. She is also one of only a few Certified Lead-Based Paint Abatement & Removal Trainers in the State of Georgia. Darlys has been involved in the condominium conversion process and day-to-day management of some of Atlanta’s most high-profile condominium communities including luxury high-rises, mid-rises, and garden-style homes. Most recently she has been recognized as an expert in ‘re-versions’ of communities from condominiums to leased homes, as well as re-positioning projects. A visionary and a tireless perfectionist, Darlys assumes a hands-on leadership position and works individually with each client and staff associate.

Manager, Property Solutions

Clyde joined the organization in 2005 after over 4 years working as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry; where he received his Project Management Certification from George Washington University, and over 13 years as a Personnel Technician with the United States Air Force (USAF) having received numerous awards; such as the Meritorious Service Medal, USAF Commendation Medal, USAF Achievement Medal, USAF Good Conduct Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and the Southwest Asia Service Military Medal for his role in Operation Desert Storm.

In his role as the Director of Professional Development and Organizational Improvement; Clyde oversees all the training needs, policies, and procedures to better associates and ultimately provide an exceptional service to our clients.  His experience includes working as an onsite Property Manager for high-rise, mid-rise, and townhome communities, as well as, having managed multiple sites at one time. Clyde brings a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of the industry which is a great asset to the company.

Vice President of Business Strategies

Iraci joined the organization in 2016, bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience.  She has a proven track record in developing programs for improving end user experience in all aspects of Community Living!  With 15 years in Real Estate, of which 12 of those years have been dedicated to community management.  Iraci leads our Business Strategies Department with a strict focus on aligning our communities and our company to work side-by-side in finding the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for the daily operation of our communities while working towards their future goals.

Prior to joining the organization, Iraci was a Vice President of Property Management and Services and Vice President of Client Relations and training where she managed more than 110 employees and more than 50,000 residential units.  Iraci is a recognized leader in developing and implementing sound operational processes and procedures for all aspects of management, where she strives to foster a culture of best practices adopted for the best possible results.  Her strong customer relationship building skills and knowledge of all aspects of community management including financials, operational development of ancillary services and collections have provided hundreds of Board Members the ability to make the best decisions for their communities.
